About Us
Our Story
Legacy Leadership Studies was created from a passion to help leaders grow with purpose, integrity, and compassion. After years of serving in ministry, military service, mentoring, and leadership development, Elder Ericka Braswell recognized a need for leaders who are not only skilled, but also grounded in character and called to serve.
What began as a personal journey through leadership, faith, adversity, and growth became the foundation for a larger vision: a place where pastors, ministry teams, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders could receive practical tools, biblical insight, and encouragement for the road ahead.
Through books, workshops, coaching, Bible studies, and leadership training, Legacy Leadership Studies exists to equip leaders to lead effectively while remaining rooted in their values. Every lesson and resource is designed to help leaders grow from the inside out—developing strong character, healthy leadership habits, and a heart for people.

Meet The Founder
Elder Ericka Braswell is an ordained minister, chaplain, author, speaker, and leadership instructor with a passion for equipping others to lead with purpose, integrity, and compassion. As the Founder and Lead Instructor of Legacy Leadership Studies, she combines years of ministry, leadership, mentoring, and military experience to help leaders grow both personally and professionally.
Elder Ericka has served in ministry for many years, preaching, teaching, mentoring, and developing leaders within the church and community. She is also a veteran of the Georgia Army National Guard and currently serves as a chaplain and mentor, bringing a unique perspective that blends faith, service, resilience, and leadership.
Through Legacy Leadership Studies, Elder Ericka provides workshops, courses, coaching, and resources designed to help pastors, ministry teams, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders develop strong character, healthy leadership habits, and a heart for serving others.
She is also the author of Leadership Through the Eyes of Elder E, a book written to encourage leaders to lead with wisdom, faith, and authenticity while leaving a lasting legacy.
